25 | Seeking Blessings from the Prophet's Relics

Full Episodes
Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet.
O you who have believed, send blessings upon him and greet him with peace.
I arrived in Britain in the year 1977, on September 4th, 17th of Ramadan.
It was the longest fasting day of my life.
The first place I got to know was the Islamic Center, and it wasn’t completed yet.
Some brothers were there—one of them was an excellent Egyptian brother who was in charge of the office at the Islamic Center. His name was Abdullah.
He said to me, “Sheikh, let’s sit and do something.” I told him, “I have nothing except the Quran or Dalail al-Khayrat.”
He asked, “What is that” I told him, “Sending blessings upon the Prophet, peace be upon him.”
He said, “Very well.” After Friday prayers, I used to sit with him and two or three other brothers.
We would read the names of the Prophet, peace be upon him, send blessings upon him, and recite the names of Allah, the Almighty.
We would remember Allah and then recite a small portion of the prayers upon the Prophet.
From the book Dalail al-Khayrat.
The gathering started to grow.
We began sitting with new Muslims and non-Muslims.
Inviting them to Islam.
Until now, this gathering is still ongoing.
Sending blessings upon the Prophet was the foundation of this gathering.
Blessed prayers for the beloved, my master Muhammad.
One night, as we were reciting during Ramadan.
Suddenly, Muhammad Ali Clay walked in with his personal trainer, Don King.
I didn’t know Don King.
I only knew Muhammad Ali Clay from pictures.
They were staying at the hotel directly across from us.
As they were leaving, they saw people entering with turbans and asked, “What is happening here”
They asked, “Can we join” They were told, “Come in,” so he came and sat beside me.
After that, more than six scholars entered the gathering.
Among them was a famous man named Sheikh Nazim from Cyprus.
Sheikh Muhammad Nazim Al-Haqqani.
Then Sheikh Abu Bakr entered and said, “Yes, my master Sheikh.”
“Why did you invite us” I replied, “By Allah, Sheikh, we do not invite people this gathering is open for the Prophet, peace be upon him.”
He said to me, "Subhan Allah, when we got in the car, I smelled a scent."
So I told the driver, "Go right." But he said, "This is the wrong way, Sheikh." I said, "No, go right."
"To the left, Sheikh, We're going the wrong way"
"We're supposed to go north, London."
They came to us until we arrived.
Then I realized why this scent led us here. "Are you reciting Dala’il al-Khayrat" We said, "Yes."
We sat down and recited Dala’il, and MashaAllah, it was a beautiful night.
Then Muhammad Ali Clay asked me, "What is this" I said, "It is a gathering to know the Prophet, (PBUH), by sending prayers upon him."
Because the more a person sends prayers upon him, the closer they become to him.
The Prophet (PBUH), said in the hadith, 'I am close to those who send prayers upon me.'
If the one sending prayers upon him is with him, but you don’t know how.
There must be a spiritual connection.
There must be a spiritual benefit, and a person will leave with something spiritual that enhances their character.
peace and blessing upon Muhammad.
May Allah bless him and grant him peace.
peace and blessing upon Muhammad.
May Allah bless him and grant him peace
"I am close to those who send prayers upon me."
Closeness to him (PBUH) comes through knowing him, loving him, and frequently remembering him by sending prayers upon him.
Honoring him, following his Sunnah, and having good manners with him will benefit you in your life.
Because the Prophet (PBUH) was chosen by Allah, the Almighty, to be the source of benefit in the world.
This is what scholars refer to as the blessing of our Master Muhammad (PBUH)
Our Master AlShafi’i says in Al-Risalah:
"I have not found a great or small blessing, whether apparent or hidden, worldly or related to the Hereafter, except that its cause is the Messenger of Allah."
That is why he is the cause of all causes.
And he is the ultimate purpose of all purposes.
He is the greatest of all, and that is why specifying prayers upon him carries a special significance, Allah grants him exclusive distinction through these prayers.
This highlights this meaning.
The Almighty, by sending blessings upon His beloved (PBUH) grants His favor upon the one who does so.
With His generosity, the Almighty grants that person blessings in their time.
And blessings in the place.
And blessings upon those gathered in this place and at this time.
These blessings continue as long as the servant carries love for Allah, the Almighty, in their heart.
Along with love for His Messenger (PBUH) As long as one remains in this state, the blessings continue endlessly until certainty comes to them.
And even after their death, these blessings continue because the giving of Allah, the Almighty, never ceases.
O Allah, send blessings upon our Master Muhammad and upon the family of our Master Muhammad
On the Day of Judgment, what will we do, Will we just keep praying and saying, "O Lord, let this day end quickly"
Or will we go and sit with the prophets, Will we hold a gathering of remembrance, What will we do for the day to pass.
We will go to the Prophet (PBUH), and he will say, "I am for this."
Likewise, on the Day of Judgment, it will be the greatest distress a person will ever experience in all the stages of their life.
It is the distress of the Day of Judgment, and if salvation lies with the Prophet (PBUH),
then surely, the Prophet who relieved worldly hardships will also relieve this.
So, it is even more fitting that he (PBUH) is for this.
Meaning, when we say our Master the Prophet (PBUH) is the fulfiller of needs, he fulfills both worldly and Hereafter needs.
When some say, "No, it is only for the Hereafter, for religion,"
I say, "Pray to Allah for me, that He grants me entry into Paradise."
But when you speak of the water that used to flow, what was it for?
Was it only for the Hereafter? No, it was in this world.
And when he says in authentic narrations
The keys to the treasures of the earth have been placed in my hands, and you take from them through me.
Is this the Hereafter? No, this is the world.
When he restored the eyesight of Qatadah and our Master ʿAli,
when he prayed for our Master Anas to have many children, abundant wealth, and a long life and he was granted all of it was this not in this world?
So, if you claim that it is only in the Hereafter, then you have affirmed for him the greater,
but denied him the lesser as if you are saying, "He is a billionaire, but he does not have a single pound."
That would make no rational or logical sense because the pound is part of the billion.
Rather, it is just a portion of the mercy, one part out of a hundred, that has descended to this world, by which people show mercy to one another.
It is the mercy of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH)
And how much remains for us of his universal mercy, about which Allah has informed us so much.
O Allah, send blessings upon our Master Muhammad, the unlettered Prophet, and upon the family of our Master Muhammad.
The one whose very being and countenance were blessed.
And whose mention and fragrance perfumed the worlds.
Dalil Al-Khayrāt (The Guide to Goodness) Episode 25
Seeking Blessings from the Prophet’s Relics
Unfortunately, some associate blessings with irrational and unseen matters.
Thus, they judge them as things that should not concern us in our modern era.
This is a distortion of meanings.
The unseen should not be deemed irrelevant simply because it is intangible to the mind.
For matters of the unseen and spirituality are firmly established in sacred law.
And a Muslim belonging to this faith must believe in them.
Unfortunately, people measure blessings by tangible and material things.
They say, "I recited Dala’il al-Khayrat with the intention of an easy marriage, but it did not happen, so it is useless."
I recited it with the intention of wealth, but I did not become rich, so it is of no benefit.
No, matters are not measured this way. They are spiritual and heart related matters. If you read this book, you will feel a transformation in your heart.
You will realize that there is no path except the path of our Master, the Prophet (PBUH)
You will find that Allah, the Almighty, helps you in obedience.
And He assists you in fulfilling your needs through the blessings of sending prayers upon our Master, the Prophet (PBUH)
And through the blessings of reading this book.
For instance, you may read the book with the intention of an easy marriage, but Allah, the Almighty, may prevent it.
And in your case, not getting married may be what is best for you.
Likewise, regarding wealth among My servants are those for whom only poverty is suitable.
If I were to make him rich, his state would be corrupted.
And among My servants are those for whom only wealth is suitable, and if I were to make them poor, their state would be ruined.
But the point is that it increases you in blessings and expands your heart.
The divine lights that descend upon a person’s heart must find the heart prepared.
So that they may descend into it.
And send blessings upon our master Muhammad and upon the family of our master Muhammad.
Whose light is from the light of all lights, and who shone forth with the radiance of the secret of secrets.
Thus, the blessings of our master Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him and his family continue in this worldly life.
We benefit from them, just as we will benefit from them on the Day of Judgment, by the will of Allah, the Almighty.
Our master, the Prophet, performed Hajj only once in Islam.
Before Islam, he had performed Hajj multiple times.
To this day, the nation of our master Muhammad lives by the blessings of his Hajj.
Our rulings derive from his rulings, and our refinement comes from his refinement.
The manifestations of the Almighty are from the traces of that one Hajj, just one Hajj.
To this day, the blessing remains within the nation, for the blessings of the Prophet (PBUH), are everlasting.
The Messenger (PBUH) is the source of all benefit.
For those who recognize that the Messenger is the source of all benefit.
Do all people benefit from the things that can be of benefit to them?
Some people do not even realize that something is beneficial to them.
And there are those who are harmed by things they assume to be harmless.
Whoever does not remember the Messenger (PBUH), is harmed by their neglect of him.
For Allah, the Almighty, has granted them the opportunity.
Not to suffer harm by failing to remember the Messenger (PBUH)
Whoever does not remember the Messenger (PBUH) is in a state of loss.
He is in the essence of misery.
And whoever frequently remembers and mentions the Messenger (PBUH)
He is in the essence of blessings; he has benefited from this, he has benefited from the Messenger of Allah (PBUH)
Even the Black Stone, and our master Umar said, "I know that you are a stone that neither benefits nor harms."
"But had I not seen the Messenger of Allah (PBUH), kissing you, I would not have kissed you."
What did our master Ali say to him?
"O Commander of the Believers, have you not heard the Messenger of Allah(PBUH)
Say that it will testify for those who kiss it on the Day of Judgment?"
If the Black Stone brings benefit, then what about the Messenger of Allah (PBUH)
Your lack of knowledge about something does not mean it does not exist.
Many scholars have affirmed these meanings in their books.
Books that reflect the concepts of the noble Quranic verses and the honorable Sunnah.
And this is what the noble companions believed in during the life of our master Muhammad (PBUH)
And even after he transitioned to the highest companionship
Whoever reads the Sunnah and does not learn from it remains ignorant.
A straight line.
We do not say this one is knowledgeable but misguided, no, this one is ignorant.
Look at where the blessings of our master, the Prophet, (PBUH), were.
How did the companions use it, and how do we use it?
The first blessing of our master, the Messenger of Allah, is with the deceased.
We do not move from life to death, rather, we move from death to life.
Not from the living to the dead, but from the dead to the living.
What does our master, the Prophet (PBUH), say?
When he visited Al-Baqi, he said: "By Allah, these graves are filled with darkness for their inhabitants."
"But Allah illuminates them for their occupants through my prayers for them."
What do we understand from this saying, directly, without going around in circles with scholars interpretations?
That sending prayers and peace upon our master, the Prophet, in the graveyards brings light to their inhabitants.
This is the first blessing of whom? Our master, the Prophet.
I am ill, and my cure is the Prophet.
I am lost, and my guide is the Prophet.
I am thirsty, and the Prophet quenches my thirst.
I am lovestruck with my beloved Prophet.
I am sick, and my cure is the Prophet.
Allah.
I am lost, and my guide is the Prophet.
Allah.
I am thirsty, and the Prophet quenches my thirst.
I am lovestruck with my beloved Prophet.
I have sinned, and my correction is the Prophet.
Allah.
I am poor, and my wealth is the Prophet.
Allah.
I am regretful for being distant from the Prophet.
I am lost without the Prophet.
I am sick, and my cure is the Prophet.
Allah.
I am lost, and my guide is the Prophet.
Allah.
I am thirsty, and the Prophet quenches my thirst.
The concept of seeking blessings is mentioned in the Holy Qur’an and in the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace be upon him.
The Companions sought blessings from our Master, the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him.
They sought blessings from everything related to him.
As for its mention in the Qur’an, it has been referenced in numerous verses.
For example, in the story of our Master Yusuf peace be upon him.
When his brothers recognized him, what did he say to them.
He said: “Take this shirt of mine and cast it over my father’s face, and he will regain his sight.”
So, the One who healed our Master Ya‘qub was Allah, the Almighty there is no dispute about that.
However, Allah has created means and causes in this universe.
For instance, the doctor is a means, and the medicine we take is a means.
Likewise, the shirt of our Master Yusuf was a means for the healing of our Master Ya‘qub.
Allah told us in the Qur’an about how the Children of Israel were prevented from entering the sacred land.
They were commanded to enter the sacred land, and Allah granted them Talut as their leader.
He said: “Indeed, the sign of his kingship is that the Ark will come to you, containing tranquility from your Lord and remnants of what the family of Moses and the family of Aaron left behind.”
This means that these relics remaining from the time of Moses and Aaron were revered.
They were carried ahead of the army, enabling them to advance.
Our Master Zakariya, peace be upon him, recounts an event in Surah Aalemran.
Allah says: “Whenever Zakariya entered upon her in the prayer chamber” Pay close attention to the word prayer chamber.
“Whenever Zakariya entered upon her in the prayer chamber, he found with her provision. He said, O Mary, where is this from?’”
“She said, It is from Allah. Indeed, Allah provides for whom He wills without account.’”
This contains a reference why? A reference to the place for those who deny this matter.
They claim it is a reference to time, but we will prove that it is a reference to place.
It happened there, in the prayer chamber.
Zakariya then called upon his Lord, saying: “My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication.”
Then, pay attention the letter fa here signifies an immediate consequence.
Meaning, it does not say “then” the angels called him, but rather “so” the angels called him while he was standing in prayer in the chamber.
Thus, this is a reference to place. The moment he stood to pray despite having supplicated for a long time
the angels called him while he was standing in prayer in the chamber “Indeed, Allah gives you glad tidings of Yahya
“A confirmer of the word from Allah, honorable, chaste, and a prophet from among the righteous.”
Not only was he granted a son, but he was also given prophethood as an honor for that place.
Thus, Zakariya sought blessings from the place of Miss Mary, peace be upon them both.
As for seeking blessings from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, there are countless examples.
So how can we say that seeking blessings from his belongings is a problem?
Some might argue that this could lead to associating partners with Allah, excessive veneration, and exaggerated glorification.
But what does exaggerated glorification mean? Does it mean loving the Prophet, (PBUH) more
Isn’t that part of true monotheism to honor him even more, In fact, this is the very essence of monotheism.
He did not say to them, "No."
He did not say to them, "Do not believe in me. I am just a human like any other. I am like the hair that you throw on the ground." He did not say that to them.
Rather, he approved of them and agreed with them on this because it benefits them.
Because this is a blessing, a healing for both the inner and the outer self.
Imagine someone possessing a hair of the Prophet, (PBUH).
He would isolate himself from people and sit alone.
And if people knew that he had a hair, it would become a place of visitation.
That person would become the greatest museum on earth, visited by people.
our master Mu'awiyah, may Allah be pleased with him,
would come out and say, "O Yazid, these are strands from the hair of the Messenger of Allah."
"And these are nails from the nails of the Messenger of Allah."
So when I die, place it in my nostrils, in my mouth, and in my eyes.
If anything can benefit me, then this will benefit me.
Whenever they had something from the Messenger of Allah a strand of his hair or something from his nails
they would guard it more than treasures of gold and silver.
More than we guard the deeds of a building or a car.
That is why one of the followers, when our master Muhammad ibn Sirin told him,
"We have strands from the hair of the Messenger of Allah, inherited from Anas ibn Malik,"
he said, "By Allah, if I had just one of them,
it would be more beloved to me than all the gold and silver on the face of the earth."
And they have the right to be proud, and whoever possesses a strand from the hair of the Messenger of Allah has the right to take pride, for it is a means of salvation.
Today, the people of Allah, the righteous, preserve the sword of the Messenger of Allah, (PBUH)
Some of his belongings, some of his clothes, some of his hair.
There are many preserved relics among Muslims. Why do they preserve them? Because of their deep attachment to him.
There are many preserved relics among Muslims. Why do they preserve them? Because of their deep attachment to him.
May blessings and peace be upon him, upon his family, and his companions abundant, pure, and blessed salutations.
Immense, beautiful, and everlasting, as long as Allah's dominion lasts.
O Allah, send blessings upon our master Muhammad and upon his family, filling all space.
And as numerous as the stars in the sky.
A prayer that matches the heavens and the earth.
And as many as You have created and will create until the Day of Judgment.
If our master Abdullah ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him,
was known to leave Madinah and go miles away to a certain tree,
and he would water this tree, they asked him, "Why do you water a tree in the middle of the desert?"
He said, "I saw the Prophet (PBUH) sitting under it, and I feared it would die."
He did not want this to happen. This was the level of reverence they had for anything connected to the noble station.
And everything that is associated with the exalted prophetic presence.
The Companions and those who came after them knew that this was the key to happiness in the Hereafter and even salvation in this world.
O man, if someone had a father, and that father used a watch a watch that has become old and no longer works
It does not work.
Yet he keeps it and says, "This is part of my ancestors heritage."
Why? Because it has a connection.
It was touched by him.
Even the Companions, may Allah be pleased with them,
as recorded in the books of Seerah,
could recognize the children whom the hand of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) had touched from those he had not.
They knew them from their hair, to the extent that one of the Companions, may Allah be pleased with him,
was brought to the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, by his aunt, and the Prophet touched his hair.
When he grew older, all his hair turned gray except for the spot that the Prophet, (PBUH), had touched.
They asked him about this matter, and he said, "By Allah, this and that happened."
O Allah, send Your blessings upon our master Muhammad,
وَعَلَى آلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمِّدٍ كما جعلتها عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ and upon the family of our master Muhammad, just as You bestowed them upon our master Ibrahim.
And upon the family of our master Ibrahim, indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious.
The scholars have mentioned numerous instances of the blessings of our master Muhammad (PBUH) and his family.
These blessings are connected to everything that emanated from him,
or was related to him, or he spoke about, or he touched,
or he walked in, or he pointed to.
Even his noble name merely mentioning it is a blessing for the one who utters it,
sees it, writes it, or memorizes it.
Knowing him is a blessing, and loving him is a blessing.
Showing respect to him is a blessing, and following him is a blessing.
Being attached to him is a blessing, and sending prayers upon him is a blessing.
May peace, blessings, and grace be upon him and his family.
Our master Abu Ayyub, in whose home the Prophet, (PBUH), stayed as a guest,
when he arrived in Medina,
narrated that whenever they sent food to him and he returned it, he and Umm Ayyub would touch the spot where his hand had been, seeking its blessing.
He would take from the very place where our master the Prophet, (PBUH), had eaten, hoping for its blessing.
They would race to collect the water from his ablution.
They would send their children out in the freezing cold after the dawn prayer,
so that they could stand by the water he would use to prepare food, and they would not cook with it until the Prophet, (PBUH), dipped his hand in it.
And the Prophet, (PBUH), out of kindness towards them, would place his hand in the water,
even when the weather was extremely cold, to comfort their hearts.
He would dip his hand, and the children would stand in a line.
They would stand at his door,(PBUH), and he would come out and dip his hand into their vessels.
They would then take these vessels back and cook their food with the water in which the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, had dipped his hand.
Abu Juhaifa, may Allah be pleased with him, said: Bilal came out to us with the ablution water of the Messenger of Allah.
He passed the water around, and whoever managed to get some drank it, and those who didn’t would wipe their hands with the moisture from their companion’s hands.
Then the Messenger of Allah came out to us.
His companions stood up for him.
Each one took his hand and placed it on his chest.
And when he reached me, and I placed his hand on my chest, by Allah, it was cooler than ice and more fragrant than musk.
His sweat was fragrance.
His sweat was fragrance.
We apply perfume to sweat or to areas where sweat appears.
To prevent any unpleasant odor from coming out.
But he, peace and blessings be upon him, they would take his sweat to mix it with perfume.
Because the perfume was a little weak.
So his sweat would enhance it, for his sweat was the purest of fragrances, as Umm Salama said.
So, he was different, he was unique.
Whoever doubts the uniqueness of our Prophet in his qualities, in his being, or in his actions.
Let them smell their own sweat, and they will know that there is a difference between the Messenger of Allah and anyone else other than the Messenger of Allah.
They sought blessings in everything related to our beloved Prophet,(PBUH) everything.
They sought blessings in everything related to our beloved Prophet, (PBUH) everything.
Even the places where he prayed.
our master Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, said: "I know a spot in the mosque where the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to pray."
Between two pillars.
"If I had told the people about it, they would have fought over it." And her nephew, Abdullah ibn al-Zubair, knew of it.
He used to frequent that place in the mosque and pray there regularly.
Our master, Abdullah ibn Umar.
When people saw how devoted he was to seeking blessings from the places where the Prophet, (PBUH), had been.
They would call him crazy, to the point that he would take his camel and walk it through a certain path.
They would ask, "Why are you leading your camel through the rocks?"
He said, "I saw the camel of the Messenger of Allah pass through here."
Seeking blessings was not limited to the Prophet himself, (PBUH).
But extended to everything associated with the Messenger of Allah, (PBUH).
That is why Al-Busiri said, "There is none who shares in his perfections."
The words "truth and justice" signify the absolute uniqueness of our master Muhammad in everything.
The words "truth and justice" signify the absolute uniqueness of our master Muhammad in everything.
In his clothing, his belongings, and his noble body.
In his clothing, his belongings, and his noble body.
O Allah, make me among those who adhere to the faith of Your Prophet, our master Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
Who honor his sanctity,
And uphold his word.
Who preserve his covenant and pledge.
Who support his followers and his call.
Who increase his adherents and his group.
And who join his ranks.
Who do not oppose his path and his Sunnah.
O Allah, I ask You to grant me steadfastness in his Sunnah,
And I seek refuge in You from deviating from what he brought.
They used to request his, (PBUH), shirt to place between their skin and their shroud.
Because they knew that this was among the best deeds in the sight of Allah, the Almighty.
And the best means through which Allah would accept them.
When a Bedouin would come and stand before the Prophet, (PBUH), with his clothes torn.
The Prophet,(PBUH), would tell him, "After the prayer, follow me to my house," so the Bedouin would follow him.
And the Prophet, peace be upon him, had a new garment, so he would give it to him.
And he tells him, "Go to your house and wear this garment." But he does not go home; instead, he puts it on in front of the Prophet.
So the Prophet asks him, "Why the hurry, O man? Why the hurry?"
He replies, "O Messenger of Allah, I feared that the Angel of Death might take my soul between my house and yours, and I wanted, if he took me, to be wearing your garment, O Messenger of Allah."
When he went home, his wife asked him, "Where did you get this garment?" He said, "This is the garment of the Messenger of Allah."
She asked, "Did you complain about your situation to the Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "No, by Allah! He saw my condition and gave it to me. By Allah, I only took it hoping to be shrouded in it."
"So that when the two angels come to me and ask, 'Who is your Lord?' I will say, 'Allah.'"
"They will then ask, 'What do you say about the man who was sent among you?' and I will say, 'This is his garment.'"
They held on to the garments of the Prophet, (PBUH), because they knew they were beneficial, healing, and a source of salvation and blessing.
And because they carried the fragrance of the beloved, peace be upon him.
Muhammad is the master of the two worlds and the two species.
And the leader of both groups, from the Arabs and the non-Arabs...
I admire some of our brothers from India in their scholarly institutions, they have a beautiful study.
They always discuss it, it is called "The Blessings of the Seal of Prophethood," and this should be spread in the nation today.
They always discuss it, it is called "The Blessings of the Seal of Prophethood," and this should be spread in the nation today.
It discusses the blessings that the Muhammadan nation has received through the Prophet (PBUH)
Among them is that Allah accepts from us even a little effort and admits us to Paradise by the testimony of "There is no god but Allah."
The blessings of the Seal of Prophethood are so immense that some scholars have compiled works on the virtues of the Muhammadan nation.
These virtues exist only due to the blessings of the beloved, (PBUH), and his family and companions.
And the blessings of the Prophet, (PBUH), will remain and continue until the Day of Judgment.
His name, when mentioned in a place, when written on something this is the blessing of the Muhammadan line.
So what then of the blessings of his mark? What then of the blessings of his Prophethood? What then of the blessings of his message?
Indeed, blessings continue to manifest in this nation in time, in place, and in people through this beloved, (PBUH).
If our master Jesus, according to the Quran, said, "And He made me blessed wherever I may be," as stated in the Quran
So how great is the blessing of the Prophet Muhammad, (PBUH) and his family and companions?
If Moses, peace be upon him, descended into a valley and was told, "Indeed, you are in the sacred valley of Tuwa,"
Then what about the places where the Prophet (PBUH), set foot, was taken on the Night Journey, and ascended?
We live in his blessings.
In the dialect of the region, one might say, "I fear telling you, lest you go and tell him."
Yet, I live in his goodness and under his shade, peace and blessings be upon him and his family and companions.
Our Prophet, the one who commands and forbids, and no one
Is more truthful in saying "No" or "Yes" than him.
He is the beloved whose intercession is hoped for
In every hardship from among the overwhelming tribulations.
He called to Allah, and those who hold firmly to him
Hold onto a rope that will never break.
Among the blessings of Allah upon us is that the Prophet’s, peace and blessings be upon him and his family,
Blessings continue until the Day of Judgment, through his traces, his Sunnah, his sayings, and his actions.
However, the manifestation of Allah’s blessing upon us
Through the continued presence of his blessings, (PBUH),
Is due to the efforts of the Companions.
And the scholars after them in preserving the life of our master Muhammad,
Which is what is known as the connected chain of transmission.
This chain connects us to him, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
And this will be the topic of our next episode, God willing
We invoked Salawat on the Prophet (peace be upon him) more than 327 times in this episode.
