Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet.
O you who have believed, send blessings upon him and greet him with peace.
O Prophet, peace be upon you.
O Messenger, peace be upon you.
O Beloved, peace be upon you.
اللهم صل وسلم وبارك عليه
حدث أنني كنت في مجموعة تضمنت
زوجة صديق لي قد توفي
وكان هو الإمام المسلم في جامعة برينستون
كان رجلاً جميلاً بكل معنى الكلمة
وكان يقيم كل عام احتفالًا بالمولد في شهر ربيع الأول
حيث ينظم أداءً وبرنامجًا هناك في برينستون. دعاني عدة مرات، ومن خلال ذلك أصبحت صديقًا له ولزوجته كذلك
ذهبت بعد وفاته بفترة قصيرة في رحلة عمرة مع زوجته
الأخت أرشي أحمد. قرأت لنا شيئًا كان قد كتبه عن تجربته في المدينة المنورة
أنه عبّر عن تجربتي الشخصية
وكان نصًا شعريًا وجميلًا للغاية
طلبت منها الإذن بأن أضعه في شكل شعر
وشعرت حينها أن وحيه وإلهامه يسريان في كلماتي
لقد جسّد هذا النص تمامًا تجربة المدينة المنورة
وفي قراءتي له، آمل أن يكون وسيلة لإعادة أولئك الذين زاروا المدينة
إلى نورها المبارك، ولمن لم يزوروها بعد
أن يكون دعوة لهم، إن شاء الله
يقولون إن من يقع في الحب يصبح شاعرًا في لحظة
والشعراء الذين يذوقون الحب يمزقون ثيابهم ويكشفون صدورهم
لعل هذا هو السبب في اتهام الشعراء بالزندقة
لكن الشعراء الحقيقيين والعشاق الحقيقيين، ما شأنهم بي؟
وكيف لي أن أدّعي الحديث عن أمر يفوق الكلمات
وكيف لي أن أدّعي الحديث عن أمر يفوق الكلمات
حين تكون الدموع الصامتة والأنفاس المرتجفة أبلغ تعبير؟
ومع ذلك، فإنني مجبر على كتابة قصيدة في المديح
لأجل حبيبي ومدينته وتلك الروضة التي يحتضنها
لأذكر نفسي بما شعرت به وبما أكرمني الله برؤيته
فأنا أخشى أن تكدّر ذنوبي ذكرياتي المقدسة
يا رسول الله، لقد وُهِبْتُ شرف النظر لأول مرة
ٕإلى مسجدك المهيب تحفّه تلك الجبال المقدسة
ذلك الانفتاح الذي شعرت به حين تذكرت كلماتك الطيبة
“من زارني بعد وفاتي فكأنما زارني في حياتي.”
كم من النفوس التي لا تُحصى جاءت لتسلم عليك وتشكر
فارتجف قلبي من الشرف أن أُعدَّ في صفوفهم
سَلاَمٌ عَلَي قَبْرٍ يُزَارُ مِنَ الْبُعْدِ
Peace be upon a grave that is visited from afar.
سَلاَمٌ عَلَي الرَّوْضَةِ وفِيْهَا مُحَمَّدِ
Peace be upon the Rawdah, where Muhammad resides.
فَإِنْ بَعُدَتْ عَنِّي وعَزَّ مَزَارُهَا
If it is far from me and visiting it is difficult,
فَتِمْثَالُهَآ لَدَّيَ أَحْسَنُ صُورَةِ
Its image in my heart is the most beautiful sight.
أُنَزِّهُ طَرْفَ الْعَيْنِ فِي حُسْنِ رَوْضِهَا
I gaze upon its beauty with admiration,
فَيَسْلُو بِهَا لُبِّي وَسِرِّي وَمُهْجَتِي
And my heart, soul, and essence find solace in it.
فَهَا أَنَا يَا قُطْبَ الْعَوَالِمِ كُلِّهَا
Here I am, O Pole of all worlds,
أُقَبِّلُهَا شَوْقًا لإِشْفَاءِ عِلَّتِي
Kissing it out of longing to heal my ailment.
If it is far from me and visiting it is difficult,
Its image in my heart is the most beautiful sight.
I gaze upon its beauty with admiration,
And my heart, soul, and essence find solace in it.
Here I am, O Pole of all worlds,
Kissing it out of longing to heal my ailment.
Imam Al-Jazuli began "Dala'il" with a depiction of the station of our Master Muhammad, peace be upon him.
To bring it closer to those who recite prayers upon him,
So they may feel present before him, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
This is an expression of longing for an actual visit to stand before him,
Peace and blessings be upon him, and to pray in his noble Rawdah.
كمحب للرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم
بالطبع يجب ان نزوره عليه الصلاة والسلام
من زار قبري وجبت له الشفاعة
It has been narrated from the pilgrims of the Prophet’s household that he said: "Whoever does not visit me has shunned me."
And it is not befitting for a believer to shun the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.
Beyond the inherent desire for it, even if nothing had been mentioned about it, all Muslims would still desire it.
And they seek to express their love for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.
And that I may be granted the visit to his grave and the opportunity to greet him and his two companions is my greatest hope.

Visiting the Beloved Prophet (PBUH)
Despite the scholars agreeing on the virtue of visiting the Prophet’s resting place, peace and blessings be upon him,
some mention his noble hadith when he, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, said:
"Do not make my grave a festival."
to downplay the importance of this visit.
Today, when a person wants to read and use their own judgment and intellect, they may go astray if they rely solely on their reasoning.
For example, they misunderstand "Do not make my grave a festival" in reverse.

العيد في اللغة العربية هو شيء يأتي سنويًا فقط
ومن الفهم الذي يقدمه العلماء لهذا الأمر هو
لا تزرني
مرة واحدة في السنة فقط، ولا تأتيني من حين لآخر
بل اجعل زيارتك لي منتظمة.
Whoever has the ability should go to those lands to inhale the breath of the beloved and be illuminated.
The place where the heavens connected with the earth.
Where the words of the Almighty were revealed upon this land.
The places where the best of the people of the earth, the noble companions, were born and passed away.
The best of creation after the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
That is why the Prophet urged us to go to the places of light, to the sources of light, to the manifestations of light.
Among the beautiful images,
is the love for visiting the beloved, peace and blessings be upon him.
The wish of every Moroccan, in fact, every Muslim, is to visit the beloved, peace and blessings be upon him.
And you ask yourself, what does the beloved, peace and blessings be upon him, possess
that grants him the power of attraction, the energy that draws people to his presence, to the send blessings upon him.
السلام على المختار
هادينا الذي أرانا الطريق
نلتمس شفاعته
حين نقف في ذلك اليوم.
السلام على المقدّس
سيّدنا ووسيلتنا،
رافعنا الأعظم إلى محبة الله العظمى.
حين دخلنا ساحة حرمك، تذكرنا
كلمات معلمينا،
حين أطلقنا أصواتنا بالدعاء
اللهم افتح لنا أبواب رحمتك بفضلك
فرددت هذا الدعاء وأنا أتعثر في خطواتي نحو المكان
وأمام قبتك المضيئة،
تمنيت أن
أسجد وأبكي
لكنني وقفت في خشوع صامت
أتأمل قبتك، بينما بدأ الأكثر استعدادًا من حولي
يرفعون أصواتهم بالصلاة والسلام عليك
O Prophet, peace be upon you
O Messenger, peace be upon you
O Beloved, peace be upon you
اللهم صل وسلم وبارك عليه
In Medina, some lovers, at sunset, sit in the shade of the Green Dome
and say: "O Allah, just as You have seated me this evening in the shade of the Green Dome,
gather me tomorrow under the banner of the father of Al-Zahra."
And some lovers, when they trimmed their nails or cut their hair, would bury them in Al-Baqi'
saying: "So that some of me will be with some of it,
and Allah will allow my whole to be with its whole."
Lovers have their own ways, and love has its own affairs.
You hear about the first love stories,
but some people, in the ecstasy of love,
live a completely different state with the greatest beloved.
How they chant the noble name,
how they are delighted at his mention, peace be upon him,
and how awe fills them in the presence of the Prophet, peace be upon him.
قبل أن أذهب للزيارة، هيّأت نفسي، لأن هذا ليس لقاءً عاديًا.
هذا ليس لقاءً عاديًا تخيّل أن تلتقي بحبيب الله
حبيبُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
هو الواسطة بيننا وبين الله سبحانه وتعالى
الذي أنزل عليه الوحي، القرآن الكريم.
هذا هو مقام النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
وعندما استعددت في فندقي، اغتسلت، وكويت ثيابي،
وعطّرتها بأفضل العطور.
جلست وتلوت “دلائل الخيرات” في غرفتي
قبل أن أنطلق، حتى يملأ قلبي بالصلاة على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فتكون روحي وقلبي
على صلة به صلى الله عليه وسلم وعندما خرجت متجهًا إلى الروضة الشريفة
والله، كان قلبي في اضطراب،
كأنني ذاهب إليه صلى الله عليه وسلم كيف سأقف بين يديه صلى الله عليه وسلم ؟
خاصة مع ذنوبي، ومعصيتي لله سبحانه وتعالى
وتقصيري في سنّته صلى الله عليه وسلم
كنت أشعر بالخجل، هكذا كان إحساسي في داخلي.
وحين دخلت الروضة الشريفة، غرق قلبي
وشعرت بانهيار داخلي،وانهمرت دموعي من قلبي، وكان الألم يعتصرني
وكل ما أردته هو أن أكون معه صلى الله عليه وسلم
يا رسول الله، اشفع لي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وخذ بيدي إلى الجنة معك، إن شاء الله،
عليك الصلاة والسلام، وارزقني الشرب من حوضك الشريف.
حين دخلت، يا أحمد، من باب السلام
ورأيت تلك الروضة الجنة التي أزهرت في الأرض،
ثم رفعت بصري، وتأملت تلك الأبواب الذهبية،
تحرس روضة الروضات، مقامك الشريف.
غمرتني مشاعر الخجل والحسرة على حالي،
كيف لي أن أقترب منك، وأنا قد ضللت عن طريقك؟
أدّعي حبك واتباعك بكل جوارحي
لكن أفعالي تكذّب أقوالي، وصحيفتي ملطخة بالذنوب
لقد أُرسلت لتكمّل مكارم الأخلاق، وأبلغت رسالتك على أكمل وجه،
لكن كم أنا بعيد عن دربك، متخبّط في تيهٍ وشتات
When our Generous Lord honors us with the visit to the Beloved, peace be upon him,
we feel that the greatest moment of existential happiness
is the moment when we taste the beauty of closeness to the Beloved, peace be upon him.
This closeness grants us the beauty of certainty, for when we send him greetings, we feel that he responds to us.
Is there a greater joy, happiness, or ecstasy than entering a spiritual world
where the Beloved, peace be upon him, responds to you, O believing human?
It is impossible that existence is not connected to this Muhammadan beauty,
this divine gift that the Noble Qur'an described:
"And We have not sent you except as a mercy to the worlds."
How do you feel when Allah honors you with the opportunity to visit the Rawdah of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him?
By Allah, this is truly a great blessing.
Because every day, I am always attached to the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him,
as if he is alive, as if I accompany him every day.
Whoever truly knows the Messenger rejoices greatly
when they get the chance and blessing to visit him.
سمعت مؤخرًا عن أستاذ عزيز عليّ قد اعتنق الإسلام حديثًا.
إنه تروي هيغينز أو سعيد عبد اللطيف من الولايات المتحدة.
كان كاهنًا أرثوذكسيًا لسنوات عديدة، ثم أسلم.
وهو صديق عزيز جدًا، الحمد لله. كان يتحدث مؤخرًا عن
رحلته إلى العمرة مع أصدقائه، حيث حجزوا مكانًا للإقامة عبر Airbnb
وكانوا يعيشون ببساطة، سبحان الله. قال: “أخبرني الشيخ يحيى
أنه إذا ذهبت إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بأدب، سيفتح لك سبعون بابًا،
سبحان الله. وأضاف: حاولنا بكل ما نستطيع، وحصلنا على موعد للدخول إلى الروضة، وكنا ننتظر دورنا
وفي أثناء ذلك، ذهبت بأقرب ما يمكن،
لأننا لم يكن لدينا موعد في ذلك الوقت، وقلت: يا رسول الله، أرجوك اقبلني،
لقد جئت بنية صادقة، ها أنا ذا، أرجوك اقبلني، إن شاء الله وتابع قائلاً: صلّينا هناك
وأدّينا صلواتنا وسلّمنا عليه، ثم غادرنا.
وفي الساعة الرابعة صباحًا، جاء بعض الإخوة السعوديين المؤثرين،
وكانوا قد سمعوا بوجودي هناك، فأخذوني إلى الروضة الشريفة،
ثم إلى الكعبة
لم يكن الأمر مجرد سبعين بابًا، بل فُتِحَت جميع الأبواب، سبحان الله. صلى الله عليه وسلم
لقد كان أمرًا مذهلاً.
فقد ذهبت للحج مع أحد أطفالي، وكان لا يزال رضيعًا عمره 11 شهرًا،
فكنت أحمله طوال الوقت، وكان ثقيلًا جدًا
كنت أرغب بشدة في زيارة الروضة،
لكنني لم أرغب في تركه، فقد كنت أرضعه.
كنت أرغب بشدة في زيارة الروضة،
سمعت أن هناك وقتًا مخصصًا لدخول النساء،
وفي ذلك الوقت، كان زوجي قد ذهب لصلاة الفجر.
لكنني شعرت برغبة قوية في قلبي، فقلت لنفسي”لا، سأذهب، وسآخذ الطفل معي، فقط سأذهب."
وبدأت بالمشي باتجاه الحرم في المدينة المنورة،
كان ذلك خلال موسم الحج، فتخيلوا العدد الهائل من الناس،
ملايين، بل مئات الآلاف من الحجاج.
وعندما كنت أسير داخل ساحة المسجد، التقيت بزوجي وجهًا لوجه،
فقلت له: “أريد الدخول” فقال لي: أعطيني الطفل
وكانت هذه أول إشارة لانفتاح الأبواب لي
ثم دخلت دون أي مشكلة.
ما شاء الله، كان الأمر سهلاً جدًا، بكل يسر وسلاسة
We are present in the Garden of the Messenger,
seeking his pleasure and gracious acceptance.
Allah, Allah, Allah, Allah, O our Master.
Allah, Allah, Allah, by Your grace, all.
We have come, O best of those to whom refuge is sought.
When you visit our Master Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family,
you are visiting his city, illuminated by his light, peace be upon him.
This noble light fills its land, nature, and air with tranquility and mercy, derived from the presence of his noble body within it.
And how could it not, when he, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, is the mercy to all worlds
كل شيء بالنسبة لي يكمن
عند باب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم .
فإذا أردت الوصول إلى الله سبحانه وتعالى،
فاذهب إلى أعتاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم .
ومنذ صغري، كنت معتادًا
على سماع تلاوة “دلائل الخيرات"،
والتي أصبحت شائعة في الآونة الأخيرة،
لكنها في الواقع جزء من طفولتي،
إذ نشأت على سماعها والعيش في أجوائها.
إذا مرّ يوم ولم أقم بإهداء
عدد معين من الصلوات على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
أو لم أقم بتلاوة “دلائل الخيرات”، أشعر وكأنني صائم في صحراء قاحلة،
وأعاني من عطش شديد، عطش يسبب لي اضطرابًا وضيقًا.هذا هو شعوري
إنني منجذب إلى تلاوتها على مسبحتي،
منجذب إلى مجالس “دلائل الخيرات”،
منجذب إلى أهل الصلاة على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، منجذب إلى المدينة المنورة.
أسأل نفسي: لماذا كل بضعة أشهر أجدني في شوق شديد للعودة إلى المدينة؟
لماذا؟ يمكنني الذهاب إلى أي مكان في العالم، لكنني لا أجد راحتي إلا حين أعود إلى المدينة.
الحقيقة هي أن كل شيء في المدينة.
لا يوجد شعور يماثل شعورك وأنت في المدينة. إنها المكان الأكثر روحانية في العالم.
هناك شيء لا يمكن وصفه، عليك أن تكون هناك لتشعر به.
عندما تكون في المدينة، تشعر بالسكينة،
تشعر بالطمأنينة، تشعر بنقاء القلب،وجود قلب نقي تشعر به،
مدهش. إنه شيء لا يمكنك وصفه.
Madina still holds, to this day, the earliest traces of prophetic sights, stories, and events.
A person feels an extraordinary spirit, glory be to Allah.
When we, along with our loved ones and family, come for a visit,
we visit some of these landmarks and say: "O Allah, just as You have gathered us with his traces, gather us with his light and secrets."
Just as You have made us stand before these traces,
they said: "We have walked upon the traces… And whatever path they took, we followed… We continue to follow their traces."
وهي جوهرة حياة كل مسلم، المدينة المنورة.
إنها المدينة التي أنارها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، ببركتها العظيمة.
لأن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم دعا لها بضعف بركة مكة المكرمة،كما ورد في الحديث الصحيح.
فعندما دعا النبي لأن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم للمدينة، قال:”اللهم بارك في المدينة ضعف ما باركت في مكة المكرمة “
ونحن نرى أثر هذا الدعاء المبارك
ونشهد تجلّي البركة في المدينة المنورة.
These are the places where the Messenger of Allah walked.
These are the places where the Messenger of Allah breathed.
And modern science has now discovered that the air contains particles that retain even these words.
It preserves speech, it preserves breaths.
So we all go to those lands to inhale the breaths of the Beloved, peace and blessings be upon him.
To be illuminated by those lights.
For there is no street, no place, no spot in that land except that it holds a memory of the Messenger of Allah.
أعظم ما تشعر به عند دخول المدينة هو أن جميع همومك تتلاشى فجأة.
وكأن كل شيء يغتسل بسكينة خالصة.
إنها مكان مذهل بكل معنى الكلمة، إنها الجمال في أنقى صوره.
وكما قلت، إذا كنت قادمًا من مكة، فعندما ترى الكعبة، تنسى كل شيء
فجأة تسيطر عليك الهيبة، وتنسى كل الأدعية التي كنت قد حفظتها.
فتجد نفسك تدعو بدعاء واحد فقط أثناء الطواف، لأن الهيبة تملأ كيانك
لكن عندما تأتي إلى المدينة، الأمر مختلف تمامًا.
كل شيء يبدو في مكانه الصحيح، تشعر بالارتباط، تشعر بالسلام مع العالم من حولك. تشعر بحب ورحمة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم
وتلمس البركة التي تنبعث من حيث يرقد صلى الله عليه وسلم.
فحين تذهب إلى المدينة، فإن الأهم هو زيارة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.
الغاية ليست مجرد زيارة المدينة، ولا مجرد زيارة المسجد النبوي، بل زيارة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.
ولهذا يُسمى “الزيارة”، ولهذا ننتقل من مكة إلى المدينة بعد الحج أو العمرة،
لأن الهدف هو زيارته صلى الله عليه وسلم.
There are those who believe that it is not permissible to intend to visit our Master Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
Rather, they say it is only a visit to the Prophet’s Mosque, citing the hadith:
"Do not set out on a journey except to three mosques: this mosque of mine, the Sacred Mosque, and Al-Aqsa Mosque."
So how can this hadith be understood in light of the love for visiting his noble resting place, peace and blessings be upon him and his family
The one ignorant of the Arabic language may misinterpret this, while the one well-versed in it does not.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not set out on a journey except to three Mosques."
Someone might say: The Prophet (peace be upon him) ) is buried in Madinah; let’s travel to visit him.
Another responds: No, the Prophet said: ‘Do not set out on a journey except to three mosques.’
Where is the mistake here?
The mistake lies in failing to grasp the implied meaning of the statement.
The Prophet (peace be upon him) meant: Do not set out on a journey specifically for worship in any mosque except these three.
نجد أن جمهور العلماء عبر التاريخ قد تحدثوا عن أهمية زيارة رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم
فعلى سبيل المثال
نجد في كتب الفقه، مثل “نور الإيضاح”، أن الإمام الحنفي
منصور بن يونس البهوتي أفرد بابًا خاصًا عن زيارة النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم ،
وآداب زيارة المدينة وزيارته صلي الله عليه وسلم
كما أن لدينا العديد من علماء المالكية الذين اشتهروا بحبهم العظيم لرسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم
فالإمام القاضي عياض، على سبيل المثال، في كتابه الشفا
تحدث بإسهاب عن كيفية زيارته صلي الله عليه وسلم وآدابها وهكذا،
فإن التراث العلمي التقليدي الذي امتد لأربعة عشر قرنًا يشجعنا على زيارة النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم
ولا يوجد أي ضرر في نية زيارته صلي الله عليه وسلم، بل هو أمر مستحب،
كما ذكر بعض علماء الحنابلة بأنه مندوب، من المستحسن زيارته عليه الصلاة والسلام
وفي الصباح، بين القبة الخضراء وباب السلام،
تطهّر قلبي بوضوئه من دموع الفرح والنشوة الطاهرة
وحين أعلنت حبي لك، رأيت بنورك سعادةً فتحت لي أبوابها،
وأيقظت في أعماقي نورًا خفيًا
أما وجوه العاشقين في مسجدك، فقد ألهمتهم، وأضرمت في قلوبهم نار الشوق الأزلية
When Allah, Glorified and Exalted, grants us the opportunity to visit the Beloved, peace and blessings be upon him and his family,
we feel that we are in a state of grace and a blessing that Allah has bestowed upon us.
Thus, we must begin by thanking Allah for this blessing.
And there are other etiquettes
that we must be mindful of so that our visit may be complete and accepted, God willing.
Once, someone told me, "Advise me, I am going to Madinah."
He said, "Simply stay close to the Master of Madinah."
"And know that you are required to engage in much seeking of forgiveness at the grave of the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him."
Because Allah, Glorified and Exalted, said: "And if, when they wronged themselves, they had come to you"
meaning they had come to you,
meaning how?
"And sought forgiveness from Allah,"
we come to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and seek forgiveness from Allah.
At the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him—this is the place for seeking forgiveness.
Why do we seek forgiveness?
Because we are not worthy of standing before the Messenger of Allah.
So we seek forgiveness—seek forgiveness from whom?
"O Most Generous, O Lord, we come to Your Messenger with our sins, seeking Your forgiveness."
Then you ask from the Messenger of Allah, "And sought forgiveness from Allah."
It is not enough to just say "I seek forgiveness from Allah" and leave—no, no.
Nothing happens, that's it? What remains?
If someone comes to the Messenger of Allah, seeks forgiveness from Allah, and then walks away,
nothing happens, and the Messenger does not seek forgiveness for them.
For any deed you do, you must ask the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "O Messenger of Allah,
I have done this—speak to your Lord so that He may accept it from me."
This is what I was guided to.
So should I just say "I seek forgiveness from Allah, I seek forgiveness from Allah" and then leave?
No, if you just walk away, then that’s it—nothing happens.
No, you should not—rather, "And seek forgiveness from Allah, and the Messenger seeks forgiveness for them."
Meaning, you should say, "O Messenger of Allah, I have sought forgiveness from Allah."
And when the Messenger of Allah seeks forgiveness for you, listen to what follows: "They would have found Allah Accepting of Repentance, Most Merciful."
Not just Accepting of Repentance—He is Most Merciful, meaning He is so merciful that He allows you to come to Him through His greatest door.
Some people have deep longing and an inner connection filled with devotion.
And this is what we are keen on today—that a person develops an inner bond with their Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
Because if a bond is established between a person and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,
it is as if a bond is established between them and Allah.
"Say, if you love Allah, then follow me; Allah will love you."
Simply by reviving the traditions of our Master, the Prophet,
your habits become his habits, your lifestyle becomes his lifestyle,
your manner becomes his manner, and Allah, the Almighty, bestows His love upon you.
Imagine—with every revived tradition, Allah loves you.
You live as one beloved by Allah, the Almighty, and He calls your name in the heavens.
Flags are raised for you, privileges are granted to you, and acceptance is placed for you on earth.
What an amazing thing!
.أنا مرة في ٢٠٠٦ كنت في المدينة المنورة
In 2006, I was in Madinah.
جفاني النوم في تلك الليلة جلست كي اقرأ دلائل الخيرات
That night, sleep eluded me, so I sat down to read Dalā’il al-Khayrāt
قولت ماذا أفعل هنا الأفضل أذهب الى الروضة الشريفة، ذهبت
I wondered, What should I do? It would be better to visit Al-Rawda Al-Sharifa. So, I set out.
.ذهبت إلى الباب الأول فوجدته مغلق
When I reached the first door, I found it closed.
.أنا أعرف من قبل في عام ٧٩ و ٨٢ لم يكن يغلقون الأبواب، يبقى مفتوح ٢٤ ساعة
I recalled that in 1979 and 1982, the doors were never locked; they remained open 24 hours a day.
فقولت لنفسي أمشي فذهبت إلى باب السلام فكان مغلق
I told myself to keep walking, so I headed to the door Al-Salam, but it was also closed.
ثم ذهبت تجاه باب جبريل ، أيضا باب جبريل وجدته مغلق، ما عاد شي باب جبريل
Then I went toward the door Jibril, only to find it shut as well.
انا في يقظة ، يقظة
I was fully awake—completely awake.
وفجأة من الله وجدت باب مفتوح فدخلت،
Then, by Allah’s will, I suddenly found an open door and entered.

حين دخلت الروضة الشريفة على اليسار
As I stepped into Al-Rawda Al-Sharifa, I looked to my left
دخلت وجدت كراسي العلم فوقها شيوخ وموجود أطفال ، يقرأون على الشيوخ
I saw scholars seated on chairs, with children gathered around them, reciting.
انا قولت أن المدينة المنورة مثل القريويين وما تكلمت مع أي شخص،
I thought to myself, Madinah feels like Al-Qarawiyyin, and I spoke to no one
ذهبت ودخلت وجدت الروضة الشريفة وكنت فيها وحدي لا يوجد أي شخص،
I walked further and entered deeper into Al-Rawda Al-Sharifa, finding it completely empty—I was alone.
وجلست أظن آنها كانت الساعة الواحدة في هذا الوقت
I sat down. I believe it was around one o’clock.
كملت كام ساعة ورأيت الأبواب تفتح والناس يدخلون
I remained there for a few hours, and then I saw the doors opening as people began to enter.
أنظر الأطفال الذين يقرأون والشيوخ فلم أجد أحد،
looked around for the children and scholars who had been there earlier—but they had vanished.
ووجدتني عند القبر والروضة الشريفة وحدي ، من ٢٠٠٦
I found myself alone by the Prophet’s grave and Al-Rawda Al-Sharifa.
أنا لا أعرف نفسي كيف دخلت الروضة الشريفة ، المحبة تطوي المسافة
To this day, I do not know how I entered. But love shortens distances.
ومع اقتراب يوم رحيلنا، كنت أشعر أكثر فأكثر
بحزنٍ ينمو في قلبي عند مجرد التفكير في مغادرتك
اضطرابٌ يملأ روحي حتى في نومي، وكأنني ألمح ما شعر به بلال عند فراقك
وحين ارتديت إحرامي وانطلقت إلى بيت الله،
كنت ألتفت خلفي مرارًا، متمنيًا أن أبقى حيث أنت
بدموعٍ وأنفاسٍ مرتجفة، كانت عزائي تلك الأمل
بأن هذا ليس وداعًا، بل أن حبنا سيظل ينمو.
بدموعٍ وأنفاسٍ مرتجفة، كانت عزائي تلك الدعاء
بأن هذه لن تكون المرة الأخيرة التي أزورك فيها.
اللهم اجعل أهلي ومجتمعي وأصدقائي
من الذين يشربون من يده المباركة عند الحوض،
وفي أعلى مراتب الجنة يُحتضنون في أحضان أحمد، وينظرون إلى وجهه الباسم.
بدموعٍ وأنفاسٍ مرتجفة، عزاؤنا هو الدعاء،
بأن هذه ليست الزيارة الأخيرة، بل أنه صلي الله عليه وسلم سيستقبلنا هناك
اللهم صل وسلم وبارك عليه وعلى آله. صلى الله عليه وسلم.
أما عن عمل الصحابة ومن الحوادث الشهيرة بعد وفاته صلى الله عليه وسلم ،أنه في عامٍ من أعوام الجفاف
عندما كان المسلمون يستسقون، قامت السيدة عائشة رضي الله عنها،
وكما نعلم كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مدفونًا في حجرتها، قامت بفتح فتحة في سقف غرفتها
مباشرة فوق قبره الشريف، حتى لا يكون هناك حاجز بينه وبين السماء. وحين فعلت ذلك، نزل المطر،
وهذا كان إيمان السيدة عائشة وإيمان المسلمين في ذلك الوقت. ولم يعترض أحد على ما فعلته، فهذه كانت عقيدة المسلمين.

Supplication at his noble station, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, is accepted by Allah’s will.
And this is one form of our connection to his blessings, peace and blessings be upon him.
There are also other forms that reflect the extension of these blessings in everything
connected to him, from objects, belongings, people, and relics.
